Meet the Founder
Andre Ubaldi, Founder & CEO
Picture this — I was a high school student who did well in class but couldn’t stand the traditional way of learning. So, I spent half my day at the Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center (GACTC), diving into art and design while everyone else sat through lectures. That’s where I met my teacher, Apryl Sparr. It was her first year teaching, and even though we butted heads at first, she saw potential in me and pushed me to grow.
That spark led me to Pittsburgh, where I studied graphic design and business before realizing that the best way to learn was by doing. After moving back home, I landed a Creative Director role at Cassus Media by simply cold-calling local agencies — and I’ve been there ever since. Over the past year, I’ve become a mentor for design students across Central Pennsylvania, partnering with colleges and GACTC to inspire the next generation of creators.
Ignite Influence is the next chapter — a space where I get to combine creativity and strategy. My mission is simple: help business owners grow by pairing them with influencers who share their values and connect with their audiences authentically. I believe when passion meets purpose, growth follows — and that’s exactly what we do here.
